Katie + Joey: Engaged.

I absolutely love this shoot! Katie, Joey and I went downtown and I found so many great places for pictures. They were troopers. We walked around for awhile but it was definitely worth it. Yay for the urban setting!

We are on a break.

So the other day I'm cleaning the office up and decide to put my new shredder to work. I didn't have a trash can at the time and figured, "Let's just shred it all!" It was really fun and I kept putting more and more paper in and suddenly, the thing jammed like crazy and started making terrible shrieking noises. I turned her (shrieking noises denote a girl shredder) off and tried to pull the more-than-the-suggested-eight-pages out. Nothing. Reverse. And nothing. I finally pulled with all my might and out came the aforementioned rascal of a document. It is out and the shredder is resting. Another exciting night at MLP.

Sarah + Matt: Engaged!

Last weekend I shot Sarah and Matt's engagement pictures. Sarah is a dear friend of mine from the yesteryear days of high school. I am so happy for her! She and Matt are having a New Year's wedding in Indianapolis. Yay for travel!

An Afternoon at the Arboretum.

Here are a few pictures from my latest kids shoot. These brothers were very cute.

Riley was really determined to pull the wagon from point A to B.

Love this one.

You know the saying that goes with pic above. :) Just replace tulips with roses.

Correy and Curtis: Married!

Correy and Curtis were married a couple weeks ago in Carlisle. I has been a joy working with them. Before the festivities, I did a shoot for Correy's sister. The first pictures are for them, of sweet baby Jackson.

Vacation 2009

Hi everyone!

I have been in New England since Thursday and I am loving it!  First stop was Boston and now I am in New Hampshire visiting friends.  So...here's what's to come:

1. Pictures from Correy and Curtis' wedding.

2. Pictures and tales from this New England adventure.

I guess that's it for now!  I'm back in Lexington tomorrow night.
